Psychiatry services at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) are provided by its Medical Director, David H. Lischner, M.D.. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist. Services include diagnostic assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, consultation, and integrated medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Lischner believes that the foundation for effective care is the quality of the doctor-patient relationship. He is committed to blending science and the art of healing to help patients achieve their goals in a manner consistent with their own values. He is contracted with Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice Health Network, and Uniform Medical Plan.
